About Us

A Cambodian Hot Sauce Rooted in Resilience

From Survival to Celebration, One Drop at a Time.

Sister Suy's was inspired by a family story that began in Cambodia and continues today through the traditions, recipes, and cultures that shaped our table. Every bottle honors Cambodian heritage while celebrating the Liberian and Lebanese influences that make our family—and our flavor—unique.

Together, these traditions are the flavor that connects us.

Why It Tastes Different

In Cambodia, we call hot sauce Dook Muhtih ("pepper juice"). It's a staple at the table and part of everyday life, bringing together the tangy, sweet, savory, and vibrant heat that define so much of Cambodian cuisine.

Our Cambodian roots inspired the foundation of every bottle. Our Liberian heritage brings bold habanero heat and spices, while our Lebanese roots add the brightness of olives, garlic, and vinegar.

Together, these influences create the bold, layered flavor that stands apart from the typical vinegar-forward hot sauce—the kind people call the "best dang hot sauce."
